Programs:

Wear Your C.R.O.W.N. Program is a school-based program. Our sessions take place during the school day on campus. Sessions are facilitated by experienced Curls, Coils & Crowns staff. Each session uses African-Centered lessons and focuses on social-emotional wellness. In a group setting, we encourage self-love, positive self-image, and positive self-awareness and provide mentoring. Encouraging the participants

Highlighting the beauty in every girl while exploring natural ingredients indigenous to the African continent.

Caring for the CROWN

Hands-On Hair Care Workshop

The girls learn the fundamentals of textured hair care. Questions, concerns ,and myths about textured hair are addressed in a safe setting by a licensed natural hair professional. Workshops are 2 - 4 hours

Dress Coded

Service Provided: Workshop for black girls to receive information on their RIGHTS when it comes to dressing code violations and disciplinary actions at school.

This consists of 1- day workshops with guest speakers, resources & opportunity to purchase clothing.
